Dennis Maley: Rethinking George Floyd and Derek Chauvin

In offering his opinion and a review of The Fall of Minneapolis, Dennis “Mitch” Maley has shown tremendous courage. He’s also shown what has become a rare trait in modern-day journalism: the ability to admit mistakes—and learn from them. We cannot applaud Maley enough for his fairness, his courage, and his honest dialogue with his readers. And we can only hope that others will learn from his work and willingness to keep an open mind.
